Recruitment always felt like a battle we couldn’t win. Being overlooked for roles, receiving rejections without feedback, and watching real experiences dismissed in favour of keyword-stuffed resumes. At university, a group of students in Durham came together with one belief: the hiring story had to change for both recruiters and candidates. That belief sparked Aimploy.
